Pregnancy is a wonderful and unique event in a woman's life.

In early pregnancy there may be nausea and vomiting due to the hormones being produced. Blood pressure drops a bit in early and mid-pregnancy, but later returns to normal. This is because the body retains fluids that it needs during labor. The needs for iron and calcium are increased, which is why it is necessary to replace them with supplements. Body weight increases to 9-12 kg, which should be distributed over 1-2 kg in the first trimester, 3.5-5 kg ​​in the second and 4.5-6 in the third trimester.
